Popped yesterday and had a taste. On the nose: a hint of reductive funk, much like the Etichetta Nera, then lemon and peach with solid minerality. On the palate: good acidity, but very mineral driven with loads of wet stone and soft peach. Good density. Lacking a bit of energy perhaps, but solid.

Gambero Rosso Tasting (Doltone House, Sydney): Medium minus intensity aromas show waxy, pretty floral notes, touch of citrus. Medium plus intensity acidity, a little sourness to the citrus, touch of salinity, super fresh. Alcohol warmth. Interesting.
