  Pale straw color with green undertones. Aromas of lime, green apple, papaya, green mango, and flint.
  
  It’s light and crisp on the palate with medium acidity and a light body. Finish is decently long. Nice bottle of wine.

  Interesting! We found it paired beautifully with seafood for palates not seeking sauvignon blanc. Minerally, tart, but rich, the turbiana grape is new to us - and to Wine Folly and The Wine Bible apparently. We’ll be laying in more to add diversity to our choices for seafood.

  turbiana is the variety. a less vigorous clone of Trebbiano that's it's own distinct variety, i am told. 4.2 g/l of RS. lots of herbal tones to the palate. lots of viscosity on the palate that comes off more off-dry than not. there is the acid to balance it out, but doesn't come off with the punchy freshness that I've had from other Laguna.
