  • Pale gold color
Medium plus aromas of lemon/ orange oil with white florals and strong saline aromas
Medium bodied with palate of ripe lemon/ zest and green apple and definite saline character - palate is straight with rounded edges
Medium plus acidity and moderate phenolic bitterness with medium alcohol and average length
This clicks all the boxes on a classic well made Albarino - drink now

  • Double blind tasting
    Medium yellow
Aromatics medium +. Lemon, salt, crisp pear with late yeast quality. No new oak
Palate has medium body. Both a round yet still laser like feeling in mouth. Acid medium +. Mild phenolics I did not pick up on initially. Alcohol medium. Lemons, salt and late pears.
    Finish has medium length. Balanced
    Drinking well now.
I guessed 2018 Albariño. Classic example
