Pale lemon colour. Medium nose with yellow apples, bruised apple, baked lemon, brioche, bread dough and wet stone. Medium taste of yellow apples, bruised apples, baked lemon, bread dough, buns and wet stone. Small and medium lively bubbles. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Vintage that has potential for ageing. Needed 15 min in the glass to open. Drink now, but preferably between two and ten years time. Goes well as an aperitif, or with cheese, poultry or shellfish.
