As Verdejo oxidizes easily, these grapes were harvested in the cool early morning hours. Filter gross less, 5 months on fine lees. 14C degrees fermentation using only free run juice. Nose of green apple, nectarine, grapefruit, melon. Toastiness - oxidizes easily as as noted above but could also be bottle age. Palate is dry but a sense of sweetness from a note of honey. Lemon zest. Med body, nice texture likely from lees, acidity is mellowed out. I like the nose a lot more than the palate.

Simple et frais.
Assez léger avec un fruit discret.
Finale courte mais sans accroc.
