  Organic and biodynamic, a blend of 65% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 10% of CS and Syrah. Complex aging where 60% is aged for 12 months in new and 2nd use FR and Hungarian oak, 20% in clay amphoras for 10 months and remaining 20% in glass demijohns for 12 months. Medium+ intensity complex aroma of cherries, violets, leather, smoke, herbs, toasted oak, meaty hints. Medium+ body, rich and powerful but not overpowering, intense black and red fruit flavours spice and herbal hints, high acidity, medium+ tannins and finish.

  黑莓、桑葚的成熟果味，香草、甘草、丁香，还有烟熏咸肉和矿物的气息。良好的复杂度在口中保持的很好，集中、圆润、柔顺，单宁质地丰富而细腻，酸度不算非常突出，但高酒精被单宁和甜美香气所平衡，又不失产区特色。唯一遗憾是回味略短。

  Clear medium ruby; clean medium plus nose of red cherries, red currants, eucalyptus, soil, dry leather and savoury herbs; dry; high acidity; medium plus tannins; high alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of cocoa; long finish; nice wine - started off as cherry cough syrup but then mellowed out; drink in a few years or decant for an hour
