  Burnt orange, orangest orange wine I've poured. Cooked apples, heavy aged cheese umami flavors, nutty, with an unmistakable aroma of chicken broth. Full of oxidative flavors more on the savory than fruity side. Tried at cellar temp, lightly chilled from cellar temp, and chilled like a typical white... showed best slightly below cellar temp. Wife smelled it and and flat out refused to taste it so don't serve to the unadventurous.

  Popped and poured. Literally orange. Subtle tangerine aroma with a whiff of gasoline. Rich, complex mix of flavors includes pear, stone fruit, cabbage, faint gasoline, aged cheese, among others.
  
  If you like this sort of thing it's really good, almost like a rich vegetable stew. Those that don't like this sort of thing wouldn't even be willing to use it in cooking. I like this sort of thing.

  Notes of moldy parmesan rinds, apple skins, and chicken broth. I mean that in the best possible way.
