Light hay in color. Nose of lime pith, grapefruit, fresh cut grass, and concrete. Palate is light bodied, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol. Flavors of green apple, lemon-lime candy, beeswax, and saline.

Color is pale straw. On the nose, green apple, farm hay, passion fruit, guava. On the palate, lot of tropical fruits, guava, lychee, passion fruit carry through. Followed by hints of vanilla and some bitterness. Nice mouthfeel, leaves behind some residual sugar on the teeth. Lovely wine, not my favorite finish, a bit too bitter. Would not buy again, but does make me want to try more Semillon.

Reminded me of a Bordeaux Blanc, but with more ripe fruit (pear, white peach) and crushed granite. Vibrant current of acid that is integrated and just slightly rounded, not prickly. Delicious!

Flinty nose. Fresh, vibrant acidity. Medium bodied. Melon, green apple, pineapple. Oak is there but not excessive and adds structure to the wine. Very nice balance of fruit, wood, and acidity. Opens up nicely with time in the glass so might be nice to decant. Nice as an aperitif or with food. I could see this going well with all sorts of dishes ranging from chicken or pork to salmon or scallops. Would hold up nicely to mustard and cream sauces. Probably a great pairing with scallops. Overall very easy to pair with a wide range of food. Good QPR.

New vintage of this for me. On nose and palate: green melon rind and steely minerals, with tart lime skin, blanched almonds, on a muted medium body, with clean acidity.....only 2 years old and quite restrained at this juncture, even after a 2 hour decant, some oak present.....needs a good 5 years to flesh out....Semillon ages well....patience needed.
