  • This is another gem from Pawis, in Saale-Unstrut. Me and my wife love Bacchus as a grape, particularly with it’s growth in the U.K. - however, the opportunity to taste this from one of my favourite German producers was just too good to say no to!

    Aromas: peach, pear, apple, elderflower

Taste: peach, apricot, pear and passion fruit with a hint of melon. Refreshing acidity and long aftertaste.

This is a wonderful wine - if you love Sauvignon Blanc, try this!
