Lovely fortified wine from Les Dolomies. These guys never go wrong with anything. A strong aroma of quince dominates the nose with tones of dried apricot, peach, mango and jasmine in the background. The wine is high in alcohol, but there is no obvious sign of this while drinking. It's backed by a bright acidity, making this a true delight to drink after dinner or just chilled on a rooftop.
