  Time has been good to this. A bit steely on release, this is now in its preferred window. Waxy, round orchard fruit, dried herbs, soil and freshly cut white flowers. Some occasional citrus and seaspray add interest. Dry, medium-bodied, good sapidity. Drink now. 13,5% abv. recommended

  Complex, weighty on the tongue, clean, long finish. Delicious.
  
  Vermentino grape grown on Sardinia. Stainless steel tanks. What a great wine.
