Color: Med-dark ruby, purple rim (impressive).

Nose: Classic burgundian nose of fresh, dark griotte cherry, dark plum, oak, and wet stone (granite soils). And a distinct note of sandalwood.

Pal: Med-full body, 14% alc. Excellent concentration (old vines, good vintage). Juicy acidity. Ripe mod tannins. Pinpont balance this vintage.

Nice complexity and concentration, esp at the price. Excellent, old vines, 1er Cru, unfiltered red Burgundy from a small traditional producer in a very good vintage for $45. I adore this wine in a good vintage. Brothers Guy and Jean-Yves Sazzarin are doing a wonderful job in their little hamlet of Jambles in Givry.

    Solid: 90-92
Definitely lay some down for 4-5 years if you have a proper cellar and the patience. But this dinks well now.
Will develop positively until 2029 (in a cool cellar).
