  I can’t get enough of this style of Champagne in 2021 - the full, rich, saline rush of savory citrus accented with subtle toasties and, in this wine, toffee. Non dose, so the acidity will come on a little too strong off the pop for some, but after a few hours and into the second day, all is brightness and refreshment. Bravo.
