Fully mature at 15. Tannins are fully resolved and the wine is very smooth with a long finish. There is still good fruit on the nose, with substantial bottle bouquet - some leather, some barnyard, some cedar pencil. Good flavor and mouth feel, structure retained in the middle palate. A very well-made wine, excellent balance of acidity and tannin when young, giving the structure to come to present point. It will hold at this point 3-5 years, but is unlikely to improve much further. Drink over the next 2-5 years.

Southern Hills collection from San Francisco Bay; guess is a single variety of Cabernet Sauv., matured for 14 months in barrels/st. steel tanks; Tasting: dark red color, concentrated and fruit forward wine, berry, cherry dark plum, vanilla, coffee, toasted oak notes - soft tannin, aromatic wine, smooth and soft, good after taste; full bodied; good mark, very american and decent for the price.

A nice cab for the price. Soft notes of cherry, vanilla, and toasted oak. Medium to full bodied. Nice cherry finish with some nice acidity. ($13)

Decent wine but must be consumed soon. Nothing spectacular: o.k. fruit but it falls away quickly.
