Tasted blind. Med straw color. Med to med+ tart lemon, green apple, white flower, white peach. Dry w/ med+ acid, med alcohol. Med body, med+ flavor intensity and length, w/ a slightly saline, grapefruit finish. Youthful, drink now, not likely to improve w/ further aging. Great QPR.
Eidosela is located in the Condado do Tea sub-region of Rias Baixas, a warmer area known to produce more exuberant, tropical, and dense Albariños than those found by the ocean, yet maintaining extraordinary minerality and freshness thanks to its unique granite and slate soils.

in Candado, more inland. Closer to the coast in Salnes, higher acid than here. Condado is 10% of Rias Baixas production. This is a mid-weight Albarino, more angles than not. A little salty, chalky aroma with peach fruit and sweettarts on the palate. Softer acid yes, but not really that soft, still relatively medium plus acid. White flower; mineral, soft edges.
