Used in place of a dessert wine to accompany a lemon cake. What a brilliant lower ABV alternative to fortified wines at the end of a multi-course dinner, and a smart play after a long night of many bottles. Truly marvelous and fun to drink. Great energy and freshness, and just a brilliant lack of what could've been a syrupy, viscous palate weight.
