Blended Scotch in colour, nose of apricot, mandarin, slightly peachy along with a hint of botrytis! The palate is smooth and silky, slightly oily, not very sweet, white fruit fulfilling, a touch of almond! At its best, classical!

Kept under condition 2 since 2011 (see my profile). Color: light orange-brown-golden. Nose: Taste: some tropical fruits with nice nut-like, mature and even red wine-like, mature notes. With the acidity any freshness has disappeared. This wine is in the evening of its life, but still quite attractive. 87.

Nose: orange and apricot. Taste: orange and apricot, with some botrytis. Drunk with an arbitrary chosen glass a bit lacking acidity and a bit faint, but this might well be the effect of the sour ice we had with it. At the second day with a Riedel sauvigon blanc-glass with the right freshness and fullness. 88.

Again (see note of 12-25-11) really nice nose. Taste: mandarin, orange and maybe apricots. Again the nose was better than the taste, which was more flat than last time. Drunk with rather sweet rhubarb pie. At the second day drunk with strawberries, which lifted the taste by their additional acidity. This bottle was less good than the last one. 86-87.

Nose: nicely fruity, rich, full and fresh. Taste: Good tropical fruit, good botrytis, nice acidity. More harmonious and fresh than the last bottle, especially the glycerine was not prominent anymore (see my note of 23-04-2011). 89-90.
