  Tasted after 1 1/2 hour decant.
  Dark ruby in colour with a distinct purple rim. Lovely aromas of sweet black fruit, floral/herbal, & earthy minerality.
  On the palate, black fruit, blackberry, cassis, floral, background oak, hint of cured meat, high acidity, high soft tannins, & a long finish to black pepper & an earthy minerality.
  This is balanced, young tasting wine, but already pleasant to drink!
