  Decanted and then prior to serving placed in the fridge to bring down the temperature. Drank outside on a hot humid night with skirt steak. Deep berry color, nose of fruit and cab just jumped out of the glass, several comments were wow. This wine just exploded in the mouth and left an imprint on the palate.
