  Nose/Floral - light cedar chips
  Sweet - all sweet and creamy. Caramel, maple syrup and butterscotch.
  Nutty - pecan
  Spicy - less for Turkey, mild cinnamon
  Earthy - no
  Smoky - no
  Woody - med dark cedar, but not Turkey funk
  Fruit - cherry and peach?
  Color - bright gold
  Palate - all creamy creamy creamy with sweet notes and less spice
  Value - amazing
  Overall - fantastic slow sipper. Not mind blowingly complex but easy to drink and enjoy
