Opaque fading to garnet with a pink then watery rim. Opened with a little brett/funk on the nose, dark cherry, chocolate, and dill. Full-bodied, high tannins, but definitely a "finesse" Cab, more cherry, chocolate, and a bit of green pepper on the palate. Medium length finish.
For a $11 Bulgarian Cab, I am kinda impressed. I would not serve it at a fine dinner, but as a cellar defender, it has outstanding QPR. Good find. Recommended now through 2025.

Listen, for less than $10 and the opportunity to explore a new to me wine region, I’ve got no complaints here. A simple, easy to drink wine, nothing to think about here except how do they actually make and import wine and sell it for less than $10? This was a 2nd bottle on a Friday night and it is perfect for that, especially at 13.5% ABV, genuinely appreciate the restrained alcohol on a cab sav.

a bit funky nose and a too much fruit on the back - needs a decant for sure
