A true ice wine--by which I mean frozen on the vine after multiple days at ~15 degrees F. Nose is mostly peaches and nectarines. Very honeyed, and almost a botrytis element. Very unctuous on the palate as well, but the acid is still there to balance things out, although it could use maybe a touch more. Very delicious.

Wow is this delicious. Smooth, well structured, super long finish, not over the top sweet. Really well done. Had at winery in Oct 2021, among the best ice wines I’ve ever had
