Thakeray's House, Tunbridge Wells. Pale; reasonably expressive nose, lime, mineral and hints of white fruit in their dormancy. Gives a bit more on the palate, nice minerality and structure with ripe fruit starting to develop. Still quite tight and restrained though. Elegant and with a good future I think. Decent restaurant value but interest in its own right. ***1/2

At maturity. Complex and still fresh, still too much wood that has never been really integrated

Fresh and clear. Good acidity, butter, roasted nuts, almond. Long finish.

Mid yellow color; neutral nose; fresh acidity slightly to the sour side without being sour, good balance, not fat in any way; long aftertaste
