  I think this is the first regular pradikat wine I've had from Steinmetz instead of the usual trockens or feinherbs. It's a vibrant laser beam of fruit, based on lemon and lime with a bit of pineapple adding lusciousness. The sweetness too makes it plenty luscious but there is enough crispness and spritz that it doesn't become taxing to come back to all night.
