  Pale yellow colour, smells of gooseberry and in the background of quince, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, medium body, has a nice creaminess, in the mouth quince and gooseberry, second glass has a medium acidity, the third glass has more acidity, but not enough for what I would call “crisp” acidity, in the aftertaste gooseberry, acidity and quince, good length (15 sec), good Riesling.
