Pale gold in color. Notes of golden apple, pear, cedar and toast with hints of sweet spices. Dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium extract and brief finish. Surprisingly restrained. I always expect a ton of oak in the cheaper Chards but this one is under control. It would definitely put most budget Chards to shame.

Purchased for cooking at Costco, but tasted a glass
Tastes of apple, citrus, and strong oak
Flabby and missing crispness and acidity
Very entry level

Pale yellow.
A pleasant combination of oak, malolactic, green apple and pear.
This is a good wine for daily use. Usually in stock at Costco.
