  • Nose reminiscent of a dry Austian riesling meeting a chablis with a touch of Sancerre. Green apple, lime, mineral, herbal chives or grassy note, slight oily hints, also seashore and a bit of iodine. Palate brightly acidic with a hefty mineral finish. Fruit is there, very well supported by the extensive structure. What's not to like? Long persistent finish. Serious depth. Plenty of complexity, without invoking oak.
