Now this is a Rhône I can get behind! This mix of Bordeaux and Rhône varietals could only happen in CA, but it’s outstandingly successful. This has both the fruity richness of the Rhône and the restrained elegance of the Left Bank. The bottle states ABV as 15.4%, but we didn’t detect any excessive heat even in our miserable GA weather. Delicious with dry-rub pork tenderloin, caprese and fresh corn salads.
