These continue to be the cheap, sweet wines from Oregon. While there are not many poorly made wines overall in the state this is top five worst. Sweet fruits, perfume and some spice. Short finish and low acidity on this one. I know surprise.

Pale purple. Effusive baked cherry. Followed by wet leaves, bacon and smoke. Unfortunately there is a layer of chemical/alcohol that is borderline overpowering and unenjoyable. Medium acid, smooth and long finish.

An immediate waft of cherries from the glass which was a pop and pour (PNP). In mouth the flavors support the initial nose by introducing bright cherry notes supported by medium acidity (which could use a few more years) and a finish of earthy mushroom and forest floor, but only in a secondary note sence as the primary notes remain fruit. Pretty big for a Pinot Noir which tells me this might built for mor aging. Finish is lively with that acidty jumping out and a peppery finish.
