  Got it as a gift. A real surprise, one of the best Duero (Douro) I had.
  Full bodied and long aftertaste, could have decanted, but after 20 minutes in the glass it was "open & ready to appreciate".

  This wine contains a lot of acidity and it is definitely too much (from the beginning to the end). 2 hours in the decanter didn't help. On the other hand, this wine has what I really like: black coffee, cocoa, black pepper, black chocolate, but too much spice. (from beginning to end). Texture is lovely - it's dusty and chewy and it fills your mouth at every corner 😎. Tannins are grippy, but they appear at right moment.
  Finish not too long.
  Main complain - no balance with dominant acidity
