  Dark and nicely concentrated. Black pepper, dark fruit. Ready to drink but would be better to hold.

  This is a deep purple opaque wine. The wine diffuses aromas of plum and dark berries. The flavor is fruity with highly evident dark chocolate. The body is full and rich. The tannins are firm and dusty, and that's after a one-hour decant. The finish is dry and lingering. There is some bitterness that often comes with this variety. This wine possesses 15% alcohol which is expected with the ripe Caymus style. It went exceptionally well with a meaty pizza and a football game! This is a well made varietal wine.

  Another solid wine from the Wagner portfolio. I have enjoyed the 2018 vintage several times and this was quite similar.
  
  Strong notes of stewed blackberry, blueberry jam, and baking spice. Vanilla, white pepper and a hint of oak as this opened up. This is a very fruit forward offering, though less offensive than could be expected based on the smell.
  
  Med+ bodied, silky smooth, and sweet but well balanced.
  
  This is a solid wine that delivers young with a prominent fruit forward punch. Very enjoyable.

  Deep ruby black, almost opaque
  Creamy berry oaky delicious if not quite serious.
  An easy party wine.

  Bu en succ.
  Texture satiné et tout en souplesse.
  Gros fruit mais pas trop maquillé.
  Sur les petits fruits rouge, les herbes,
  un peu de chocolat et une pointe de menthol.
  Les tannins sont fins et la finale
  est assez longue et on a une petite
  impression de sucre.
  Délicieux même si on est dans un style appuyé,
  voir moderne.
