30% slope hang, chalk rock. This is their flagship wine and my personal favorite. Purple ruby in the glass. Allspice, caramel and earth on the nose, a bit like old leather. Intense dark berries and plum on the palate with vanilla notes. Done in a traditional, earthy Rhone style. This vintage is pretty impressive – I took a bottle home of this new release.

One of the more expensive wines from Parsonage but worth it. Loaded with fruit. Very accessible but intense. Love this under the radar winery
