12.5% vol Golden and green highlights Lovely nose – pool, a touch of mature rising creamed nut, lime citrus and a hint of lemongrass. Fresh but has some bass. Light side of medium bodied, shows a delicacy, lots of mineral and phenolic grip, the acidity is well-balanced and there is some honeyed richness on the finish. Playful, really nicely balanced, and tasty.

Subtle mineral/petrol on the nose. Medium bodied, dry, rather fruity, showing ripe citrus with some mineral notes and firm acidity. Elegant and balanced. Had a glass at Bon Vivant with the scallops; nice match.

Tasted at Three Borders Wine Group, Hampshire, UK. Light gold/green. Closed nose, hint of grass cuttings. Sharp palate, dry, some bitterness, limes, citrus, salty. Probably too young and would benefit from 5 to 10 years in bottle.

Walk around tasting, so just short notes.: Clean and not very complex, but certainly a very ok with pleasant acidity.
