100% Meunier, 2000 bottles disgorged Dec 2020 with 5 g/l dosage. Rich in feel, but really good acid up front, as well as sweet red and nice ripe tart green apples. The fruit and acid play really nicely and linger for an incredibly long time. The initial richness yields pretty quickly, giving to a really nice feel in the mouth. Another really tasty champagne from Julien Prelat, I just wish they were easier to find in the US.

Bill & Crew - Offline #3 - One Penny Red: Earth, strawberry, lemon and wax. Finely textured, with some sweetness from the fruit and some nicely tuned acidity cutting through. Like the mix of earthy and fruity elements here.

Perhaps the best NV champagne I’ve had. Brown sugar brioche, lemon, green apple, honeyed apricot.
