Clear Golden- Yellow. Aromas of Stone Fruits, like Apricot and some Peach. Petrol and traces of Smoke. Eucalypt with hints of Butter. Juicy Freshness paired with Elegance! Beautiful integrated Fruit characters of Grapefruit, Kiwi and Quince. Some Herbs with harmonious Acidity. Medium-long and dense finish with a little Anise. Pichler´s 2002 Kellerberg had great finesse and complexity. Beautiful density on the palate, perfectly integrated alcohol, which made the wine an intellectual, exciting drinking experience See more details and pics in my Blog: cellartv.wordpress.com

Golden and clear in the glass, the nose showed apricot, pear, tropical fruits and light caramel/petrol. Palate was citrus, pear, and slate with excellent acidity. A treat to drink.

Beautiful, complex bouquet with minerals like slate and some smoky impressions. A mouth full of wine. Very concentrated and pleasant bitterness in the long finish.

Oh man. I love that yellow gold. Crisp, but subdued, showing its age. Excellent acidity. Stone, apricot, peach? A lovely wine.

Very nice. Much more citrus notes than the Loibner an just a level below that bottle. Serious riesling nonetheless.
