  I usually allow some bottle aging for wines whose quality and cost justify the wait. The Celebration was not one I knew and I didn’t see anything from the winery except “enjoy at your next celebration.” We did and it was a delight to all 5 tasters. I have since come across a suggestion of a few years of cellaring. That might make a good thing better but we were very happy with it young.
