  Ruby and clear
  闻起来超级香，草莓山楂，皮革，一层层的迸发出来
  同时也有些Smoky
  微弱的臭味，但闻起来比pp的香波甚至更为优雅
  集中度超级高，酸度中高
  
  开瓶极硬，丹宁很强，颗粒感很强
  有一点点的unami
  
  慢慢出现一些vanilla，但丹宁依然很强
  不知道丹宁和山楂都很强的酒放些年会怎样
  
  一个半小时后臭味基本没了，丹宁依然在线

  At a 2019 PR tasting, opened 45 min, dark red, lovely aromas of the bat, cherries, salty, juicy & fine tannins, good village that’s drinking well now

  Moderate ruby in the glass. A combination of savoury and fruity notes on the nose - raspberry, cherry, red plum, gunflint, dried herbs, some oriental spices. Medium-bodied with a solid acidity that's balanced with the high (14%) abv. Not much depth to this, tastes very one-dimensional for what it costs. Smooth, well-balanced, but that's pretty much it. Luckily I didn't pay for this because it feels like a rip-off.
