  Fresh crack
  
  Nose/Floral - vanilla, caramel, maple
  Sweet - aggressively so for a RR pick. Honey and fruit forward (see below).
  Nutty - walnut
  Spicy - cinnamon heavy after the sweet fruit
  Earthy - black pepper & tobacco
  Smoky - no
  Woody - dark dark but not funky cedar. Wood heavy
  Fruit - cherry, apple, raspberry
  Color - dark amber
  Palate - shines more than the nose. Sweet mid palate, fruit, and that and the cedar transfer into the finish
  Finish - not overwhelming, but great staying power
  Value - amazing as always
  Overall - really interesting. “Off profile” for Turkey, more sweet fruit than crazy spice, but that cedar Turkey profile is still there. Delicious. Needs some air before I reallt judge it.
