Château de la Tour Visit and Tasting (Clos Vougeot): Tasted at the domaine. From tank. Rich and almost jammy aromas, but easily seems fresh. Also ripe flavors but brightening structure keeps this bright without being overbearing. Better today vs when tasted in November. Nicely harmonious, but this will certainly reward 5 more years in the cellar, even better from 2030 forward.

Tuesday Burgundy Cellar Visits - Mugneret-Gibourg, Dujac, Château de la Tour, and Fourrier (Cote d'Or): Tasting at the domaine. Much more depth here, while also more firm for now. As usual, patience will be required for this cuvee, better 2030, with 88-89 point potential. Coucherias means steep and bushy. I guess I know how the vineyard looks.
