The wine looks blonde colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit, lime, honeydew and passion fruit. It tastes like grapefruit, lemon, pineapple and honeysuckle. The body is light/medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

The palate is mostly light peaches, white pear and ends with some citrus-like acidity, reminding me of limes. The residual sugar is evident but nicely balanced with acidity. Nice overall texture in the mouth considering this and the bubbles. Overall quite nice. Perhaps it's the new label, but this wine seems more "grown up", it's also quite a bit better than last time I had it.

Tasted at the winery. In the glass: (fluted) Pale celery, sparkly & effervescent. On the nose: Tart apples, indistinct warm fruit, hint of coffee. In the mouth: Sweet full roundness for a white, not too sweet, hint of chocolate/coffee notes, a teeny bit of bitter and sulpher on the finish. Much more down the throat than most whites. All stainless ferment. Nice for the price $15.

Flat in flavor, super effervescent in bubbles.

This has a wonderful grapefruit aroma. Lots of bubbles. It lasts a long time on the palate. Very nice.
