  This is the second bottle of Loring we’ve tried from a mixed three pack of Chardonnay from Beserker Day. And it’s another absolute home run. Citrus and pear on the nose. The palate is a wonderful mix of lemon, lime, and bruised yellow apple. There’s some spice and minerality on the medium-plus finish. Just a touch of butter, which is plenty for me. The use of oak is restrained and the mouthfeel is luxurious. Perfectly balanced. Really enjoyed.
