    COLOR: Pale lemon, clear
NOTE: Oily, lemon nose, crystalline and pure, mineral-driven. Mouth is really difficult to pinpoint because one moment it feels medium-to-heavy and rich, then the next moment it's light/gossamer. I think I am finally enjoying white-Burgundy greatness. Lots of lemon essence everywhere. Finish is medium-weight, lemon curd, very clean. Expensive stuff though!

  • Round and a bit fat, lacks subtlety, improved at slightly lower temperature.
