The current vintage, 75cl bottle, 100% spontaneously fermented lambic aged for three years in oak barrels, refermented in bottle, 8% ABV, released February 2021, batch #13604. A rich and creamy style of Geuze, warmth from the wood, estery fruit, a 'tripel" among geuzes, pleasantly sour but also hoppy and yeasty, very good length. Appealing, and amazing QPR for Euro 5.99. It would be interesting how this evolves over the next two decades.
