  This is exactly what I want in a nose: velvety fruit with the air of spice. Wine follows suit, with a big hit of floral spice and some sharp tannins that while not overwhelming linger in the palate for a while. Fruit tastes a little more tart than it smells, and the body is on the lighter side for a wine that talks this much shit up front. But it’s enjoyable and interesting.
