Light golden robe, quite a bit of color actually, for such a young Bourgogne level. The nose feels fresh and hits with lemon zest and subtle hints of peach. Some reduction notes that drop as the wine breathes. On the palate, it's vibrant, tight, a bit lean, with very high acid and notes of citrus, sage and golden apple, finishing with gentle bitter notes. I just happened to leave the bottle open in the fridge for 3 days. On the 3rd day, this wine was still pristine and the palate had mellowed, gaining texture and depth, it was slightly more relaxed. If not for the ever present acidity, this wine has potential and I'd love to revisit in a few years. Excellent Bourgogne Blanc, this is serious stuff. Do not be afraid to let it breathe for several hours, it needs it.

Much as I find Chantereves’ village wines and above to be really special, this is just fine. Not bad but not special to me. Two different bottles so far.
Absolute stunner. Round, plush, soft, but with a good acid backbone making it not flabby. Light gold in color, notes of peach skin, mango, pineapple candy, white flowers, golden ripe apple, ripe pear, cream, toast, greek yogurt, and a little leasy note before opening up. Definate member of the "Empty Bottle Club".

Simple but solid. Drank the 19’ last night, this 20’ isn’t nearly as good in my opinion, but still enjoyable.

Fresh, fuzzy around the edges. Natty, no spritz, clear chardonnay tones while being somewhat broad, tart and lactic without being crisp.
