  This is still an enjoyable bottle, but it doesn't have the verve it possessed a year or so ago. Note to self - find and consume the rest of my stash soon.

  That said, if you like a sedentary rose', this might fill the bill. I have paired this tonight with Baudry's 2020 rose', which is also quite lean and stern, and my better half is making her version of paella, so I think these wines will be fine.

  Peaches and salmon. Nose is brisk, lemon and strawberries, pithy, some orange. Opens with a sharpish lemon acidity, a little bright, limited sweetness for a rose. As it warms up in the glass, the sharpness softens and a warmth comes through. Great structure and finesse. Excellent.
