    2020 white Burgundies seem to be extremely safe buys. I liked the older vintages I've tried from J C bachelet, but haven't tried them in a long time. This was a great St Aubin, much better than I had anticipated really! Slight popcorn, butter, white chocolate, ripe peach, vanilla, pear and melon sorbet. The longer it sits in the glass, the more precise, stony, and acidic it becomes. Wonderfully textural and quite complex. A great St Aubin.
