Slightly exotic taste of white fruits. Rather soft with a bit muted chalky chablis minetality. Salty aftertaste. Nothing wrong and nothing exiting. There are better values out there.
It falls appart rather quick whith the opened bottle is stored 1-3 days in the fridge, faster than many other other similar priced (40eur) whites from the region.

PnP. This was a little tight on opening. Started to blossom after about an hour. Awesome notes of lenon, chalk, and oyster shell on the nose. Fantastic acidty and texture. Good dry extract. Long pleasant finish. Give it a few more years or a good decant. Hold.

Up against a Hamilton Russell 2020 and possibly a Kumeu Codrington 2020. Colour: med gold, surprisingly deep, bright, clear. Nose: full, fresh, v ripe, apples, some clay notes. Taste: light body, rounded, fresh, clay, typical Chablis notes, opulent, quite forward and soft, med finish, ripe fruit with some Chablis clay notes. Overall, enjoyable and typical of its terroir. Perhaps just lacking the taut elegance of a top Chablis. Rather more Burgundian. Over 24 hours vacuvined, it expands and becomes rounder and riper. Still more Beaune than Chablis.

Drank over two days. Crystalline minerality and laser like acidity on day 1. Rounder and fuller on day 2 showing much more lemon curd and nougat. I think I prefer this PNP rather than with a ton of air. Really delicious. Last vintage of Forets by MN I had was 2014 and I'm kicking myself for waiting this long to try it again.
