The last of my bottles..... sniff, sniff. Marshmallow nose with a hint of lemon; layered mineral tinged flavors of the sea and meyer lemons; great vibrant acidic attack along with a complimentary oily body. Fabulous!
Though its Thanksgiving, I wish my wonderful friend could have conjured up some more frog legs (04/30/12). That was an magnificent pairing.

(Joseph Drouhin Corton-Charlemagne) A complex nose of dried roses, green apple, and lemon zest complements austere stone fruits on the powerful yet graceful finish. Appellation: Corton

Paired with frog legs and remoulade sauce. Yes, it worked very well.
Good again. Intense, concentrated, reduced. Lemon oil and seaside air with a big body.
