Pas du tout dans le style d'un Corton-C., cette bouteille presentait une sorte de réduction fumée et une dissociation des éléments (acidité, oxydation ect...) qui la rapprochait plus d'un mauvais Chardonnay jurassien que d'un élégant Corton fruité et ample...

The last of my bottles..... sniff, sniff. Marshmallow nose with a hint of lemon; layered mineral tinged flavors of the sea and meyer lemons; great vibrant acidic attack along with a complimentary oily body. Fabulous!
Though its Thanksgiving, I wish my wonderful friend could have conjured up some more frog legs (04/30/12). That was an magnificent pairing.

Good again. Intense, concentrated, reduced. Lemon oil and seaside air with a big body.
