The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like raspberry, blackberry and plum. It tastes like blackberry, raspberry and vanilla. The body is full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

Wonderfully deep and complex Priorat with a real sense of place. Tight on opening, much better after 1-2 hour decant. Secondary flavors and aromas have developed. Nose of leather, rosemary, tobacco, and briar fruit. Over the hour we enjoyed the wine, it evolved into a profound aroma of blueberries and crushed rock. Sweet tannins, blackberry palate, balanced acidity. A class act.

93-94. Definitely exceeded expectations. One of the best priorats I've had in a little while. This is drinking well now, but quite oxidized and probably at the very tail end of its peak. I would drink these up now.

Wonderfully in stride right now, so suave, this is the type of bottle that would get Priorat and Rhone deniers to get in the boat. Lush and bright fruit without overwhelming acidity or chunky tannins, sang right from PnP. B+/92 = 50/5/12/9/8/8

While slight on body, it delivers in troves with complex red fruit and subtle spices.
